During my xmas visit, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and hot cocoa offered at the hotel's restaurant. The location was prime as I was able to easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service during my stay.

The room was not up to par. The walls were thin and I could hear neighbors talking and doors slamming throughout the night. The room itself was small and dated, lacking any sort of cozy atmosphere. I was disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.

Spent my new year in a historic gem! Had an unforgettable stay with perfect service and delicious cuisine. The hotel is a piece of art, with mesmerizing architecture and exquisite details, it's a true representation of the area's rich culture. The restaurant's large windows opened up to a vibrant street, bustling with activities and making our dining experience even more delightful. The staff was friendly and attentive, always available to cater to our needs. The hotel's location was a key factor in making our stay special; parking was easy to find, and we enjoyed walking around the area's unique shops, galleries, and wine tasting rooms that were a stone's throw away. The room's plush bed and pillows were exceptional, and the decor was tastefully chosen to complement the hotel's theme. The coffee bar and wifi service was another plus, keeping us connected and caffeinated!

There were some minor drawbacks during my stay; the elevator was not the quickest, and the coffee maker in the room did not function correctly. However, the lobby had an ample supply of coffee, and the wifi service made up for these minor issues. The food in the bar was not hot, but the staff immediately rectified this by accommodating our request and providing hot food.

This hidden gem exceeded all our expectations! The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly. Location-wise, we couldn't have asked for more - we were just a hop, skip, and a jump away from multiple restaurants and shopping areas. The room was also impeccably clean, and we appreciated the extra amenities provided.

Sadly, there were a few hiccups during our stay. The parking situation was a bit of a headache as we had trouble finding available spots. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, which made it difficult to plan our day trips. Lastly, the room could have used a more thorough cleaning - we found some dust and debris in various corners.

Spent a nice evening at Buffalo Chips, located very close to the venue. In addition, free Wi Fi was provided. We had an amazing stay overall, can recommend.
